At NOXE JEWELS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, we're here to help.
RETURNS
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Sale or discounted items
- Items marked as final sale at time of purchase
- Items worn, damaged, or altered after delivery
HOW TO START A RETURN
Email us at support@noxejewels.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 2 business days with return instructions. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the credit.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@noxejewels.com with a photo and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
EXCHANGES
We don't process direct exchanges. Return the original item and place a new order for the one you want.
