Shipping policy

NOXE JEWELS ships worldwide. All orders come with free shipping — no minimum spend, no exceptions.

PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays are processed the next working day.

DELIVERY TIMES
United Kingdom: 7–14 business days
Europe: 10–18 business days
Rest of World: 14–21 business days

These are estimated timeframes. Delays may occur during peak periods (e.g. Christmas, Black Friday) or due to customs processing outside the UK.

TRACKING
A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order is dispatched. If you haven't received tracking information within 3 business days of your order, check your spam folder or contact us at support@noxejewels.com.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES
For deliveries outside the UK, customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. NOXE JEWELS is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

LOST OR MISSING ORDERS
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us at support@noxejewels.com with your order number. We'll investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
